Travels, experiences and cultures enrich Ronald's path, which started in the Balkans, trained by Arnolfo and structured during the most significant moments of Paolo Lopriore's Certosa di Maggiano, passing through the English-speaking ones of Pierre Gagnaire at Sketch in London and Guillaume Brahimi at Guillaume at Bennelong in Sydney, up to the most recent ones with Igles Corelli and Terry Giacomello.
In 2018 he put all his training to use in the kitchen of Osticcio in Montalcino. Since 2021 he has married the Coro ancora project, becoming its Co-Founder and Chef.
"Memory and invention" sum up the peculiarities of a style that is rooted in the flavours of yesteryear and caresses the freshest sensations and emotions. Contaminations and certainties, comfort and boldness embrace and balance each other holding hands, giving life to authentic and sincere tastes.
